Pale Yellow color in the glass. Long, drooping legs from the higher alcohol content of the Private Cask. On the nose you get a hint of sweetness from the oak barrel as well as some citrus and green apple. Thick and viscous on the palate with a refreshing finish. Great on the rocks and in cocktails! - MS
