Vintage sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and St. Laurent grapes. At least 18 months of ageing on the yeast. Its fine complexity of fruit fragrances and its clean flavour make it slender, light and very elegant. Bright salmon colour, delicate fragrance of delicious red wild-berries, virile mousseux, flavourful of subtleties. Soft and velvety finish pronounced fruity. Subtle bouquet of delicate red wild berries. Intense mousseux. A taste of full finesse. Soft and velvety finish. Perfect as an elegant complement to seafood and noble fish. Also accompanies canapés and mild soft cheeses very well.
